Dianne Raynor Coaching:​

Dianne Raynor Coaching was born out of her own personal growth journey as she walked through burnout in her career.  Her experience was the catalyst in Dianne’s desire to help other Nurses and Healthcare Professionals begin to heal from the effects of burnout while simultaneously learning how to have inner peace and contentment.

  • Weight gain

  • Pressure or tight feeling in the chest/throat area

About Dianne:

​

At the age of five Her story begins at the age of five when Dianne describes how God instilled in her a deep desire to help comfort people by becoming a nurse.  She followed through on that commitment when she graduated from Roanoke Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in 1982. Dianne has had an amazing career caring for patients, their families and friends. She worked over 15 years as an Intensive Care Unit Nurse where she became proficient at extracting human behaviors and family dynamics during real life crisis all while caring for their critical health diagnoses.​

​

Her experience also includes ten years as the Staff Educator in the largest Medical Call Center in the South Eastern US where we handled 50 -70K telephone triage calls per month. Through this position she was afforded the opportunity to speak, train and work with the most outstanding nurses throughout the country.  In addition, Dianne is also a John Maxwell Coach which credentials her to do what she's done her entire nursing career.
